Explore the Universe with members of the

Earthshine Astronomy and Space Science Organization

& the Mississauga Centre of the

Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.

Weather permitting - enjoy views of the planets Venus, Mars and Saturn through large telescopes.

Admission is free - all are welcome.  Views through large telescopes will be provided, weather permitting.

Why not bring your binoculars or telescopes and join in the observing.  This will take place only if the weather cooperates.  Please bring a flashlight, a clipboard and binoculars if you are able.

2009 was the International Year of Astronomy.  It provided local amateur astronomy organizations an opportunity to bring astronomy to the local community.  We continue to celebrate the IYA with activities in 2010.


 Objects to be observed through the telescopes: the Moon, Mars, Saturn and other deep sky objects

Admission is free and is open to all ages.
